The Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution, guarantees of personal freedoms and rights it puts clear limitations on the government's power in proceedings, of the judicial and specifies through explicit declarations that all powers not specifically delegated the Constitution to Congress are reserved for the states or the people. Since freedom is a necessary right for mankind in all ages; the Bill of rights is not outdated.
