I was struggling with anger problem and these five questions will help my counselor understand my problem well.
1. Do your parents have anger problem and how was their relationship?
I chose this question because home is where one picks up one's behaviors and building it into a character. Children who grew up with parents who didn't have pGood relationship will often grow violently.
2. How many friends do you have and how long they are with you?
Angry people will have very few friends and it's because they will explode at any moment.
3. Do you take drug, consume alcohol or smoke?
People with these habits are the one's who easily become angry.
4. Do you have a life partner?
People who easily get angry w not last in any relationship.
5. Have you ever been arrested?
People with anger problem are the ones who will be easily provoked and the end up in trouble.
