how can you use Time Managment and Procrastination in your daily life to become more successful (one paragraph)

Time management refers to the ability of effectively using time. It includes proper planning for specific activities with proper consciousness. In daily life we can always categorize the activities as

1) Urgent or Most Important.

2) Less important.

3) Not important, it could also include hobbies.

It's important to decide a day before what should be the tasks for the next day and how much time should be allotted to each task approximately. It's possible the day doesn't go as planned,we can always finish the most important tasks in such situations and the remaining work for next day which means Procrastination.

Procrastinationsimply means postponing or delaying something. It means postponing tasks which needs to be accomplished. Many times people want to avoid the stressful situation which the task involves and hence delay the work. Procrastination gives rise to feeling of guilt, depression and so on. However,if we push the tasks which are not too important for the next day, there won't be any negative feeling provided we complete the task the next day. In daily life,we can consciously plan out which tasks are ok to be pushed behind and use time management and procrastination effectively.
