1. Self - awareness :- It helps us to focus on the behaviour, emotions and mood of the individual. It identify the emotional state of the person and make us to feel more confident.

2. Self - regulation :- It is the most great ability to control our emotions and mood swings. The people who have this ability is the most trustworthy people.

3. Internal motivation :- It is not about the external appreciation like power and money. It is the motivation which comes internally. Ithe inner vision motivates us.

4. Empathy :- It is the ability to teach how to yreat people with their emotional reactions. This ability makes you build their relationship with the people who is connected with daily life.

5. Social skills :- It is something who is connected socially. It is tha ability to make relationships with people, good interaction with the people you work.
