One concept that one should know while adjusting planning for the students is progressive learning. After reviewing the performance of each student the teacher should look at the learning stage of each student and should develop a progressive plan for them . The students may be divided in different group and an individual plan may be developed for each group of students . Progressive learning where learning is divided in several phases to reach to final; phase will be immensely useful in adjusting ones teaching plan
