What do we mean by the following statement? “Teach, motivate, and assess through multiple lens”. How can we achieve this?

This is a very good statement with respect to teaching . The basic job of a teacher is to motivate the students to learn . As they teach they should use multiple teaching styl;es and resources for the same class as different students learning styles are different . when you have a diverse set of class learning differently teachers role becomes that of a facilitator . In this scenario evaluation of the students should also be done through multiple measures and not a single written examination . That would help us motivate students even more and learning shall be more effective in the class. Thios statement effects the entire teaching learning and evaluation plan of a copurse and can make learning more effective .
