Aiden is single and looking for a romantic partner. Aiden starts by dating anyone who is single, but doesn't find a good match. Next Aiden joins a singles group expecting to find a romantic partner, but discovers it's a group for friendships only. Finally, Aiden tries an online dating site that matches people by common interests.

2. Use either the biological, cognitive, or behavioral perspective to explain two of Zim’s behaviors described below.

Zim is taking a biology class for the second time. Zim feels anxious most of the time and has difficulty falling asleep. In class it is hard for Zim to concentrate and remember things. Zim’s parents are very strict and will likely take away the financial support they have been providing if Zim fails the class again. Zim has been using the same study strategies as last quarter, but they do not seem to be working with the new instructor. Zim does not know what to do.

In the first example Aiden has been following logial steps to arrive at a solution .This is applied with logical steps by aiden to find a partner.In his approach he has been using different techniques to arrive at this situation.In the second situation Zim could be having an anxiety disorder which is a biological perspective contributing to the symptoms he is having at present.. Zim can take the help of a therapist to help him to cope up with this situation.By using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy he can be taught to alter his thought process, prepare him for better results using different coping strategies.
