They are not confined to their existing abilities. Their mindset is not fixed but is constantly evolving. To have such a mindset, a person definitely needs to be persistent and must have a positive attitude. When people with a growth mindset fail, they view the failure as an opportunity to learn. They even believe that intelligence can be developed and personality can be improved. The emotional ability to love someone or something can also be cultivated and nurtured through consistent effort.
