Answer #1

According to the developmental psychologist Carol Dwyck, a growth mindset allows young individuals to move beyond their small failures and focus on a futuristic pattern of thinking and a greater positive motivation towards continuous efforts such that it would result in overcoming the failure of the past gaining success. Thus, success is set as a problem that is it the goal in itself, that needs to be resolved in a growth mindset rather than a problematic event with debilitating consequences.
