Ans 2) I beleive that today we are having Structural Social Psychology - It is about maximizing awards and minimizing punishments. Three main approaches such as power( political, government), Social influences - (media, news, social networking websites and status charachterstics such as (expectations, social , cultutal norms) are much more realitistic.
Symbolic Interactions - In todays busy world, one speaks less and concentrates more on the non verbal cues, social expressions, symbols. They are having a prime importance can be the cause of happiness or sadness. These cues are playing an important role in groups or in huge work organizations.
Ans 3) Work problems- One of the major work problem is work life imbalance-1)Why employees are sitting late in the office for perks rather than spending time with family. 2) Why woman has to work part time after kids, when she can work full time and her husband can work part time. 3) Why employees are working even on weekends and then take a long break rather than working hard everyday and the taking a break. 4) Even if employees are working from home - why are they working even on holidays. 5) Why aren't there affordable recreational facilities for kids at work place such as creche.
