First, we should do a thorough literature review and then based on the research about a topic we should development of a research question as by doing this type of work we may improve the earlier work and not repeat a work that is already done and established by experimentation. The potential consequences of deciding on a research question without conducting a review of the literature is committing mistakes that have been done earlier or not doing an original work, (Pautasso - ‎2013)
