Right to Good Education - The right to education can be defined as a birth right of every individual which should be provided by the governments without any discrimination and the same should be legally protected.
These days there are lots of private schools and government aided schools that set some parameters for admission. They test certain abilities in their admission tests that is facilitated by the rich parents, so it the rich stand a chance to enter into these schools and colleges. This is one of the outcry which has already emerged and poor kids who are able and talented will be rejected because it's very expensive.State should make sure that they provide the same standard of education for all their citizens.
