  1. Endocrine hormone: Imbalance with this hormone can produce tumours.
  2. Cortisol: increases heart-rate and glucose in the system. (also, epinephrine and norepinephrine)
  3. Endorphins: Functions like an opioid

When Endorphins are not produced in a balanced proportion, that is when we are not regularly calm and happy, the endocrine system is imbalanced. When this imbalance is consistent over long periods, due to stress, it will make the brain produce cortisol. Imbalanced endocrines can cause tumours. Therefore most modern diseases are caused by unwarranted stress.
