When a person loses his/her life partner / spouse , his/her life might be shaken to the core , specially when the person is emotionally attached to the other.

The person might undergo depression as a result of mourning grief and sorrow due to the loss of his loving partner.

The person might feel sad , fearful , shocked or numb. He may also feel guilty for ownself being alive yet. He maight feel intense emotional and physical pain , almost unbearable sometimes.
