Do you agree or disagree with Maslow's belief that all people are motivated by the same needs? Why or why not?
I do agree with Maslow's belief that people are motivated by the same set of needs. Maslow theory describes broad categories that encompass different types of needs that drive our behaviour. Although I am not in full agreement with his idea of an organized hierarchy, from an overall perspective, I do feel that our needs are ranked based on their priority and their contribution to our survival. In this sense, Maslow was able to propose a model that captured and arranged various needs that underlie human motivation
