broader ability to think for a multi task.
Women handle many things at a time ,while,men handle single
tasks at a time.
Better can better focus on the plans for a near future while
women are good at long term plans.
Women are more intuitive and rely on gut feeling,while men are
practical and think on solid concrete evidences.
Men are rule bound fixed to a set of their principles,women are
more flexible and relax their boundaries for solution of a problem
.
Men have a linear perspective of a situation that is they think
in segments ,while women has a holistic perspective of looking at
an issue,they look for the interrelationship of the various
segments and view it had whole.
