The answer is False. All psychological constructs have varied conceptual definitions which are adapted to the situations and conditions in which they are being applied or adapted. Psychological constructs are concepts which cannot be touched or which cannot be measured directly. For example: intelligence, intelligence could be in one conceptual definition as a constrict obtain by using an intelligent test. In another instance, intelligence can be defined as acquiring a set of skills or adapting to problems. Therefore there cannot be agreement on a single best conceptual definition of psychological constructs.
