2) aged people cannot be taught new things as they are old and cannot understand new technology, ways etc..

3) older workers are not at all productive like those of new and younger workers..

4) older workers are less flexible, movable, work slowly..

5) older workers are not so productive, knowledgeable, innovative and cannot bring new idea as the new workers can..!!
