Poverty is a state where a person not having enough goods, food and general needs for the survival of life, In our society there are many who are not eligble to fullfill there basic need too, and surviving in extreme poverty. This poverty is happen due to many factors and among many age groups. In India there are almost all aged group people are there who is facing this problem. But, there is a different factors which influenced the older adult for poverty. We can look on those factor on following points given below :-
1. LAPSE OF SUPPORT FROM THERE YOUNGER ONES - Many times its happen that family member start avoiding care of there older and grand one on family, some of them send them to old age home and some are leave them simply. So, they don't able to return home,
2, UNEMPLOYMENT :- Another reason to lead this group more to poverty is there retired age, generallly every firm and company retired there employ in age of 60 because, they wont able to work and this age really required rest to body. Thats why there earning also almost over in this age and they also no able to start working again due to the condition of there body,
3.STARVING :- In this stage they also need extra care and food to eat, stravation can be also a reason that lead them to poverty. Because, food is a requirement of every stage. and if there is no one to look after them then they need to take some step.
There, are many reason which influence the older adult toward economically disadvantage compared to other groups an poverty. But, the most important reason is not a concern of there young ones who leave them in age of more concern and care. Without thinking of there same stage in future.
