a) The police is belongs to the execution department of a government. Government frames the law, judiciary upholds it and police execute the punishment. The primary duty of the police is to arrest the criminal to produce them in the court and separate them from the normal public. Police has the authority to detain anyone who threatens or apossible threat to the society.

b) The justice system issues the arrest warrant if it identifies someone as criminal or pose a threat to the society.

c) Public help the police and the justice system in identifying the criminal and charge cases against someone who poses a threat to the society. They also act as witnesses in cases against criminals.
