One thing that captured my attention was self efficacy. I believe that this will be important to my learning outcomes as I continue my education in grad school. I need to be more confident in the work that I produce because I know that I work hard on it. So, if I practice self efficacy a little more I believe reaching my learning outcomes may not be so stressful. The second thing that captured my attention was the idea of active agents. I will apply this to my own learning outcomes in order to carry out my plan in the most appropriate way for my self. I think this is something I really need to work on because I like to get opinions from other people and sometimes I just need to do what I know is best for myself. And last, the motivation to learn re-captured my attention. I think that having the motivation to learn is a good thing. But, I also think that staying "stuck" with the same motivators can become a problem. So, I want to make a goal for my self to try to find new motivators to learn every semester while in school and at least yearly after school is completed. Finding new motivators can keep learning refreshing and will help me meet learning outcomes.

I am attracted to three concepts that I believe will help me to attain the educational goals in grad school.The first concept is having confidence in myself and my abilities that is self confidence.The second concept is controlling my internal locus, not letting anything to sway away from my set goals.Last but not the least is setting new aims at each semester or challenging myself,so that I am stucked in the same pattern and get bored.Setting new limits will motivate me for a fresh start and help me achieve new heights in learning.
