The main personal problem that I felt was that after my Post Graduation studies I was not able get into the higher studies level.. I was not able to clear the exam, their interview process the other selection process.. I was just giving exams but couldn't able to get through it..

Then to overcome that I making strategies for studying, proper timetable, proper practice and study.. I started to focus on my weak subjects made them strong and let the strong subjects make more Strong.. I found those institutions which are good in my those strong subjects area started filling the forms and finally can get thorough it..!
