Leader is defined as the one who sets goals and visions that motives people to be more committed in achieving goals.

Leader should possess certain skills, such as:

• Ability to create a vision – One should have the technical skills to use a resource effectively. A specialist who has special knowledge or experience to contribute.

• Motivation – Individual’s ability to co operate with other members in the group. Positive interpersonal relationship is used to solve people’s problem using negotiation, creativity and appropriate behavior.

• Awareness – The ability to analyze complex situation foresees the future consequences of the present day action.

• Coordinators – He/she should be able to put the resource of group mates to good use. And also enable group members to understand the objectives and priorities of the group. Encourages and helps others time to time in a sensitive situation.

• Innovator – Suggests new ideas and creative solutions and identifies new opportunities for the group to achieve.

• Finisher – One who monitors evaluate ideas if they are realistic and also checks for mistakes and also keeps an eye on the deadline.

To be a successful leader, one should plan strategically, focus on the goal, take responsibility in actions and most importantly have a positive attitude
