"One size fits all" is the major concern of present day education system.It overlooks the natural talents of the students and expects them to fit into the proposed curriculum.This is resulting in the lagging behind of children at studies or they get disinterested in their studies , the main reason for increasing drop out from a schools. It doesn't caters the needs of students belonging to diverse backgrounds ,hence, widens the gap between the achievers and underachievers.
