Masculinity in crisis means that men are really searching for a role in modern society. The things that men used to do aren't in much demand anymore. There is a crisis in modern masculinity, with men struggling to deal with pressures in their personal and professional lives.

The society nowadays is concerened more about the female equality. The masculinity has dissolevd somewhere in the light of equal rights for women. We are more concerned regarding the femininst attitude. The society need sto think equally for both males and females.
