In your opinion, what if you chose not to be a female? Discuss some of the benefits and downfalls of not being categorized by gender terms.

The benefits of not being categorized are that we may not face biases and prejudices and hence we may find equal opportunity in job market i.e. employment. Further, we may get equal treatment socially in society.

Downfalls of not being categorized by gender terms are the facts that; we may not have our identity because of the categorization; this it makes us who we are. Since categorization makes us attractive to the opposite sex; not being categorized may make us unattractive to the opposite sex
