Fogg’s Behavior Grid shows the fifteen ways behavior of people changes. This makes people think more clearly about how to change behavior. For each of the fifteen behaviors, different psychology strategies and persuasive techniques are used. While the transtheoretical model of behavior change; an integrative theory of therapy; assesses an individual's readiness for acting on a new healthier behavior. It thus provides strategies and processes of change for guiding the individual.

Fogg’s Behavior Grid can be rationalized via the Transtheoretical Model as after using the behavior grid we can find out the ways to change the behavior which is a part of the aim of transtheoretical model
