Answer #1

Irrational Beliefs Test impacts the person who takes the test; as one is able to recognize the problems; one has in one’s personality be it; anxiety, depression that may cause the irrationality.

The test is used in human services to analyze problems in any personality that one may have by psychologists; like anxiety and depression.

I was exposed to the test in my professional work by the counselor appointed at my work and this was part of my company’s regular protocol. I was going through depression and this was of great help to me as I was going through a divorce and my work was suffering due to the stress and depression that I was having due to the issues in my life.
