What does"Dream the Dream" mean to you .100 words essay. Marthin Luther
In my perception, “Dream the Dream” symbolises the vision and hope for a utopian society, free of human vices and malice. Although it is written specifically for equality in the American society, with a focus towards the emancipation of the marginalises African-American communities, I feel that the speech can be generalised for adaption to other societies as well. Throughout the speech, small images and scenes are created in order to describe the snippets of this very ideal society. The narrative is optimistic and future-oriented, with a strong sense of determination to overcome and attain victory over all obstacles that are bound to come one’s way.
