Describe an ethical dilemma which you observed in your professional environment that falls into one of the following categories: human resources, harassment, conflicts of interest, customer confidence, or use of corporate resources. Put yourself into the role of the participant(s) in the situation that you observed. If this situation happened to you today, what would you do differently and why?

Ethical dilemmas are moral dilemmas that where in a situation a decision is to be made between two options but no resolution is made in an ethical manner.In case of ethical dilema in conflict of intrest,where   A working in a bank finds out that his co worker B is using a customers credit card password to take money.A finds out this sitution when he sees an email open of B where he is operating financial transactions.A knows it is ethically wrong but if he warned B he would have to disclose the fact that he read his mail without consent.A would have to bring to notice the action of B but he is an ethical dilemma. The situation best handled is to disclose the action of B to prevent further transactions made using other customers password This action of B should not be encouraged as an employee of the bank ethics command high confidentiality.
