1) Theory of mind is basically ability to attribute many mental states like —beliefs, intents, desires, knowledge pretending e, etc.—to oneself and many others and to understand that others have beliefs, desires, intentions..

2) when the child is small and cannot make the decision, cannot think about a situation in a mature way, cannot handle themselves then you can say that it is not developed..

3) it basically depends on the child at what age he is exposed to the world, situation, which condition he is in right now..

4) when the child know the difference between the right and wrong, makes the correct decision, choose the right option, can make his own decisions, understand it, solution to the situation etc...

5) The condition in which the child is brought up
