The region I live has become more globalized today as more and more foreign multinational companies have set their offices here. The University near my locality is full of foreign students coming from different parts of the world.

My area in the Southern California in the Ventura county; Camarillo is really changing a lot since this school of CSUCI, (California State University of Channel Islands) has been opened in this area in the year 2002.

Many biotechnology startups are being set up in this area of Southern California. Thus due to the increase in the job opportunities in this area students who graduate from the school of California State University of Channel Islands find jobs and eventually settle down over here. Thus education has played a very key role in the globalization of my area.
