How does the diversity of religious beliefs benefit all mankind on the planet? How do people use the diversity of religious beliefs to cause conflicts between groups of people?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

The diversity of religious beliefs benefits all mankind on the planet as compels the common man and the philosophers to think on this issue and they all arrive at one common conclusion that; despite all the religious diversity the eternal destiny of humankind is the same salvation and can be achieved in God’s presence. The maker and the master i.e. one God is the same for the entire humanity no matter which religion we follow.

People use the diversity of religious beliefs to cause conflicts between groups of people as they compel others to practice their religious beliefs and do not have the religious intolerance, i.e. the practice of keeping others from acting in accordance with their religious beliefs.

Philosophical ethics requires us to abstract ourselves from what is normally or typically done, and reflect upon whether or not what is done, should be done, and whether what is valued, should be valued. The difference between what is valued and ought to be valued is...
