Answer #1

Answer-(c) Fear

Flooding is a behavioural therapy which is used to treat phobia. This is also known as exposure therapy. It is based on the principals of respondent conditioning.

Systematic desensitization thaerapy was introduced by Wolpe in 1950s. This behavioural therapy is based on the principals of classical conditioning. This theory also helps to remove the response of phobia. Flooding therapy works faster than desensitization therapy in order to reduce fear or phobias.

The use of modeling in psychotherapy was done by Albert Bandura, one of the famous social learning theorists. When modeling is used as a therapeutic technique it works really effectively for the treatment of phobias.
