The inclusion workplace sees this groups as a potentially stable and upwardly mobile workforce. Two Propose strategies that could be proposed/implemented that would better include disadvantaged groups into society are;

Organizing for heath camps so that this disadvantaged group gets the support that they require to address their health needs due to the deprived condition in life.

Efforts to educate the deprived group so that they become independent economically.

However, the barriers that may exist regarding their inclusion are lack of education; economic hardships; cultural barriers like the language spoken may be different and health issues which make them not in a state to work.
