The cause of the genetic variation in the health of Middle people are

1) Smoking and drinking - the most people suffer from the addiction or habit of smoking and drinking or lifestyle which definitely will cause change in the genetic mutations of the people hence affecting the person.!!

2) with the increase in the age the person will be suffering from the high risk of blood pressure, disease, fasting glucose level, immune system failure which will lead to the changes in the genetic variation thus causing genetic variations..!!

3) the third reason could be like the person had been exposed to the genetic changing factors, uv or rays etc in the initial stag stages which will be seen only after the long time of the life which could be easily studied.
