How do we explain the issue of Jargon aphsia in clinical terms?

Jargon aphasia is a condition in which the speech of a person cannot be comprehended due to the inability of the person to formulate the language. But the language makes sense to the individual who is speaking it. The patients with neurological conditions who have a damage in their Wernicke's area in the temporal lobe of the brain, generally exhibit jargon aphasia in their speech generally replace the words with similar rhyming sounds. Therefore the person exhibiting the jargon aphasia is usually checked for the onset of the neurodegenerative diseases. The three types of clinical jargon aphasia are :
