Describe the system of justice employed by the United States? How does that differ from the system of justice employed in most of Europe? Which system is more beneficial to the accused?

United State provide complex justice system in fedaral and state government . The purpose of justice system provide equally oppertunity for getting justice by convicting and punishing the guilty , criminal and helping them to stop offending and protecting the innocent people .US justice is more reliable and having sophisticatuon . It firstly lodged the compalin through law enforcement police officer . Then he investigate the crime and gather evudence and proceed to court for justice on the basis of evidence .The U.S.A constitution has given remarkable highest law in land .

In other EUROPEAN countries justice system more proactive and effectivly deal with crime as compared U.S.A.. EUROPEAN justice not only lenient but also civilized .But american share 3% world population but 25% People are in prision which one of the highest number of criminal due to defective justice system . EUROPE provide more facilities for rehabilitation in process of Reformation to offenders . They are so optimistic and believed that criminal just temopry, it can removed through proper reformation . Even they invest more time and energy to being convicted in path of society where U.S.A justice system doesn't allow such kind provision for reformation . They think more pessimistic and invest in retribution . They think criminal will never reform.

Judge take decision more wisely and explain the facts behind taking decision.so , a person have chance to get appropiate legal justice and accused person also realized own guilty .U.S.A justice system accused person can get inappropriate punishment and stay in prision for longer time . But in EUROPEAN justice system , accuseed person get punishment on the basis of intency of crime and also get more chance to reform himself.so EUROPEAN justice system is more beneficial for the accused .
