Answer #1

Homosexual or same-sex relationship is a relationship that had many facets to it; emotional, sexual, social and is no different than what is expected in a hetero sexual relationship.

Gottman and Gottman, have, over the years, focused their research on same sex relationships and the reason for its success or failure. Their research indicates that any relationship, either straight or gay, face the same issues and go down the same path. In fact, the 12 year study by the Gottmans showed that same sex couples were more likely to use humour and affection in case of arguments. They also used lesser controlling and hostile means of interactions with their partner.
