When you have to use qualitative and when you have to use quantitative research?
1. The respondents of the survey are the team members who perform the work. The objectives of the survey are to get an idea around the statisfaction of the team, effectiveness of the team members, the required skillsets, the assertiveness of superiors, the commitment towards the client.
Few of the issues related to desigining a survey are addressing the real issues of the target audience. The questions should address the real parameters on which we need inputs of them. Also another major issue is the sample size and rating scale on which we can make an openion.
In order to measure the reliability of survey, we can see the sample size, the respondents signature which makes sure that the responses are genuine and approval of questions from the highest level in charge before sending the survey to fill.
