What are some common examples of cultural identity?

Cultural identity means identifying with a particular cultural group. Cultural groups can consists of people belonging to various social classes, religions, countries, ethnicity etc.

Examples:

The Jewish people are examples of a religious cultural group, but the same group in America adopts some cultures of America and become a distinct group.

The middle class is a part of social class, it is the class of people who are in the middle in terms of their wealth.

The Asians are ethnic group, who may belong to various countries but are part of oriental race. Even though India and Pakistan are also Asian countries, they belong to completely different ethnic groups.

The millennials are the generation born roughly between the early eighties and mid nineties are a group which is a part of a generation which has distinct qualities from other generations.
