Answer #1

I joined college in the arts department. I initially development schemas about the various departments in the college. For example, i considered the arts department to be easy going and less concerned about academics, more adventurous and liberal. I thought the science department students were very serious and boring. And the computer science students were shy and introverted. After some time these schemas started to be modified and changed a lot with the process of assimilation and accommodation.
