Why would you like to visit (several sentences-- be persuasive!):
Name of the structure: Malbork Castle.
Location: Malbork, Poland.
Construction Date: 13th Century.
The castle is a classic example of a medieval fortress and, on its completion in 1406, was the world's largest brick castle.
It was originally built by the Teutonic Knights, a German Roman Catholic religious order of crusaders, in a form of an Ordensburg fortress. The Order named it Marienburg (Mary's Castle).
Heavily damaged after World War II, the castle was renovated under the auspices of modern-day Poland in the second half of the 20th century and most recently in 2016. Nowadays, the castle hosts exhibitions and serves as a museum.
I’d love to see the site as it an heritage site, an amazing brick construction of the thirteenth century.
