Alzheimer’s is a chronic neurodegenerative disorder that causes dementia. About 60% to 70% of dementia cases are because of Alzheimer’s and the other symptoms include behavioral changes, loss of intellectual ability, problems with language and loss of self –motivation.

The biology, neuroscience and psychology research overlap and mostly helped the people. The biological and neurological research found the basis of behavioural and cognitive alterations occurring in these patients, which also provided the solutions to slow down the process of degeneration, but there is no cure for this condition. The behavioural and psychological symptoms in these patients include, agitation, aggression, depression and psychosis. Early diagnosis of these symptoms allows to provide pharmacological and psychological treatment.
