Discuss correspondence bias and the actor–observer effect

Correspondence bias is a bias when people label a person's actions to his personality. Eg when a person sees some one for grumbling , he may think of him as fussy personality, but when he himself does that he would blame the bus being late.

Actor observer is an effect where a person attributes own actions to external causes while attributing other people's behaviour to internal causes.for eg if a person experiences something negative, he would blame the situation or other people but if other person experiences negative then the first person would blame behaviour,personality of other person. Eg. If a person has high sugar level, he would blame tension, stress, extra sugar which cook prepares etc. But if person b has hugh sugr then person a would blame his lifestyle, and his eating habbits.
