Political psychology an interdisciplinary academic field helps in developing an understanding of from a psychological perspective of

the politics, politicians and political behavior. While the scientific study of how people's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by the actual, imagined or implied the presence of others is called as Social psychology. Thus political psychology and my chosen area the Social Psychology are similar as the two are related to each other; for studying the behavior and impact of politicians we have to study Social psychology.
