Does your culture value a particular style of persuasion? Do your own preferred ways of persuading others reflect your culture’s style of persuasion?

My culture usually prefers persuasion to have a win win situation. The persuasion style needs to be to the point yet creative or polite and simple. Indian culture consists ofany norms which binds people together irrespective of their differences. Hence respecting those norms while persuading,like respecting elders, respecting difference irrespective of economic status, respecting age difference etc.

My style of persuading others reflect a lot of my culture. Such as telling people in calm, normal way. I usually keep in mind the above mentioned differences and then talk to people. By keeping in mind such differences also helps in winning people's confidence or trust.
