Homework Answers

Answer #1

Implicit memory is known as unconscious memory or automatic memory as it makes use of the past experiences for remembering things without thinking about them. Thus due to previous experiences, no matter how long ago these experiences occurred performance of implicit memory is enabled. For example, procedural memory, which is a subset of implicit memory, enables us to perform many everyday physical activities, like; walking and riding a bike, without any conscious thought. Thus examples of implicit memory are; walking, riding a bike etc.
