Attitude is based on a person's experiences and emotions. Hence, the attitude of a person shapes his decisions by forming either the negative or the positive opinions. Explicit attitude is a conscious belief which is a deliberate behavior whereas an implicit attitude is an unconscious belief formed involuntarily. Usually, the race and culture biases are the uncontrollable implicit attitudes whereas if we deliberately dislike someone by forming a negative opinion based on our information or knowledge of him, it is an explicit attitude which can be controlled.
