Developing a ToC gives us the opportunity to address problems,
complexity, and opportunities that exist within a programme and to
think about how these issues can be monitored and evaluated. I
guess knowing about the theory will lead to better planning and
better evaluation of maybe my past goals which havent been
achieved. Identifying my long term goals and developing a map of
the possible startegies and outcomes would help me to reach my
goals more effectively. Also I would be able to weigh its impact on
others as well,how they would benefit from it.
